Our Microsoft Office IT courses are generally split into three user levels. Level 1 is aimed at the novice user with little experience of the application. This level provides a good grounding in all the key aspects of the Microsoft course and includes many shortcuts and views on best practice.  Level 2 builds on the level 1 course and includes useful techniques relevant to the business user, and investigates useful functions within the program . While level 3 covers a wide range of more complex functions relevant to the advanced user.
